Employee dossier

You can keep a digital dossier for each employee. This digital dossier consists of dossier items, such as letters and notes. You are entirely free in adding dossier items to an employee. Because of the underlying configuration, it can happen that you can only record notes or outgoing mail.

Profit has a number of situations in which you can add a specific dossier item:

  • Recruitment and selection

Dossier with letters and e-mail messages per applicant. If you report that the applicant has entered employment, the relevant dossier items are then also available at the employee level.

  • Absence

Absence dossier per absence entry, including the (mandatory) communications with the 'UWV'.

  • Pay slips and annual statements

You can archive pay slips and annual statements (from Profit Payroll) as dossier items. From Employee Self Service you can make these dossier items available to the employees. Depending on the settings, Profit can also save the pay slips and annual statements in the employer's dossier.

  • Contract

There are two action buttons on the Contract tab that allow you to generate a dossier item when an employee enters or leaves employment.

Dossier item type visible from

In some cases you may want to submit a dossier item already, but you do not yet want this to be visible to the employee. In this case, you can add a filter by start date to the view.
