Functionality for an authorisation role

You can add functionality to an authorisation role or delete functionality.

When adding an authorisation role, you immediately link functionality. You can also add functionality to an existing authorisation role or delete functionality.

Add functionality to an authorisation role

To add functionality to an authorisation role:

  1. Go to: General / In & OutSite / Configuration / Authorisation role.
  2. Open the properties of the authorisation role..
  3. Go to the tab: Functionality.
  4. Click on: New.
  5. Select the functionality.
  6. Click on: Finish.
Delete functionality from an authorisation role

To delete functionality from an authorisation role:

  1. Go to:General / In & OutSite / Configuration / Authorisation role.
  2. Open the properties of the authorisation role..
  3. Select the functionality you want to delete.

    You can only delete the functionality one by one and not by using multiselect.

  4. Click on: Delete.
  5. Click on: OK.
