Activate a course document template

Activate the document template so you can use it within your site. By default, you have access to the Courses document template, but you still need to activate it.

Users can determine for themselves which files they want to add on the site. We group these files based on functionality. We call a group of this kind a document template.

If you have multiple websites, you activate the parts that you want to use for each website. If you are working with a single website, the page types are automatically activated. You do not add any parts that you are not going to use later on your website.

To activate a course document template:

  1. Go to: General / In & OutSite / Site.
  2. Open the properties of the site.
  3. Go to the tab: Document templates.
  4. Select the Activated check box after the parts that you want to use.
  5. Click on: OK.
