Add a course page

The site manager creates a page for each course in InSite.

Before you can add a course page to your site, you first need to add the courses that can be taken in Profit Windows.

In the default portal supplied, no menu item is present for the Courses overview. This overview will be visible when the site manager has created a page that is based on the Course (basis) page type.

To add a course page:

  1. Log on and start Site management.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Select Document.
  4. Select an existing instance. This is the source of the page.

    The description is automatically copied from this entry, but you can change it.

  5. If desired, select an image.
  6. Click on: Edit document.
  7. Enter the description and the introduction.

    Under the introduction, you can see the availability overview of the course. This overview shows the availability of the course based on the events that you have added.

    Note!

    The availability overview is only available automatically if you base your course on the Course page type provided as a default (InSite portal).

  8. Click on: Publish.
  9. Click on Yes in the message.
