Reports page in InSite
Users can view Profit reports using InSite. You make the menu selection for viewing reports available and authorise the reporting using filter authorisation. All reports to which the user who is logged on has access, based on authorisations, are displayed. Reports with a pre-entry window are not available.
To activate a page type:
- Go to: General / In & OutSite / Site.
- Open the properties of the site.
- Go to the tab: Page types.
- Select the Report check box.
To authorise report pages:
The Report functionality is available for reports. It contains the pages needed to view reports.
Note:
If you make the 'Reports' page available to a user, the user has access to all reports. Authorise users for the correct reports (definition authorisation).
You can authorise reports in two ways:
- Using an authorisation role
- Go to: General / In & OutSite / Configuration / Authorisation role.
- Open the properties of the role you want to authorise.
- Add the Report functionality to the role.
- Using a functionality
- Go to: General / In & OutSite / Configuration / Functionality.
- Open the properties of the Report functionality.
- The pages to be authorised are listed on the Pages tab. For the Report functionality these have already been authorised.
- If you want to authorise these pages for another functionality, open the functionality in question.
- Go to the tab: Pages.
- Add the pages for viewing reports.
To include a page in a menu:
Log on and start Site management.Add a new menu item In Action, select Refer to existing page.
- In Page type, select Report.
- In Page, select Reports overview.
- Click on: Add.
