Project Self Service (PSS)
Project employees can use Project Self Service (PSS) in InSite to access data of projects, teams and actual costing (hours). InSite is the Intranet of Profit and is fully integrated with Profit. Using PSS in InSite/OutSite, employees and customers always and everywhere have the current project data available.
You can access InSite and OutSite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It does not matter where you are; as long as you have a computer, smartphone or iPad with internet access you can complete tasks and view information. Using this information, you control the project planning and the budget. This prevents unpleasant surprises for you and your customers later on.
Advantages:
- Your employees can manage, change, submit and view their own data and view their projects. They can also enter their own actual costing (hours) and declarations.
- You can create and maintain projects efficiently and quickly in InSite.
- You digitally share project data with the employees and contacts.
- You can link project teams to one or more projects. Team members, both employees (InSite/Profit) and contacts (OutSite), will have a better insight into the projects that they are involved in. They can immediately see who is responsible for each part of the project (the team roles) and view the progress.
- You assign workflow tasks to team members based on their team role within the team.
- In the digital project dossier you can easily store and find all documentation and communication with internal employees and external contacts.

From the Projects menu, you can open the My projects, Projects, and Enter hours, Hours to be approved, Approved hours, Hours to be reported ready, Hours reported ready, Teams, and Cost estimate menu functions. You can use this menu function to view projects and enter, approve and report hours ready in InSite. You do not have to start Profit Windows for this!

If you click on a menu function, you open the overview of all projects or your projects directly in InSite.
