If the salary processing period and the age are known, the associated minimum wage can be found in this table. The age is determined on the basis of the employee’s date of birth.

Salary table as parameter

A parameter can be linked to a salary table supplied by AFAS. In this situation there are different options that allow you to make use of a value that deviates from the salary table provided AFAS permits this for the relevant salary table. For example, you can record a deviating value (with a term of validity) on the Values tab. A valid value has priority over the value determined via the salary table.

New wage year

At the start of a new year you must add new periods and values to your own salary tables.

Procedure

  • View a salary table

You can view the salary table in Profit to obtain an understanding of its structure.

  • Copy a salary table

You cannot directly change the salary tables supplied and maintained by your Profit supplier. To nevertheless make a change you must first make a copy of the salary table and then change this copy.

  • Add a salary table

You add a salary table to the properties of a CLA.

  • Change a salary table

Depending on the type of salary table you can change the description of the salary table or add a value to a dimension.

  • Salary table in wage component

A wage component can retrieve the value in a salary table and use it as part of its calculation rule.
