Configure the year-end work
For the delivery of year-end work to pension funds, you configure the agency for the pension fund in Profit.
Description
You record the correct settings for the agencies for which you want to deliver the year-end work. You record this at the environment, employer and employee level.
Furthermore, you check the configuration of the wage summaries.
Medium per agency
Not all agencies support all media. The following table identifies which agency supports which medium type:

Procedure
- Configuration at environment level
You specify the file location for the writing of the year-end work files.
- Configure agencies
You check the settings for the agencies for which you want to perform year-end work.
- Configure employers
For each employer, you record the agencies for which you want to perform the year-end work.
- Configure employees
For each employee, you record the correct agencies for the institution for which you want to perform the year-end work. If you do not want to perform year-end work for a particular employee then you can also specify this.
- Configure wage summaries
For the year-end work, AFAS supplies different wage summaries. Using these wage summaries, the correct amounts in the year-end files are processed and you print the correct amounts on the employee's annual statement.
