Description

Once you have approved the salary processing, Profit automatically adds a new pension data delivery. Profit includes RAE entries in a period which you have already delivered in the next period. Using the available views, you have digital insight into the data that accompanies deliveries.

You send the files digitally using the communication service in Profit.

The process looks as follows:

Change in the nature of the income relationship

'APG' does not allow changes in the nature of an income relationship within an income relationship.

You record a change in the nature of an income relationship by reporting the end of employment of an employee and his subsequent re-employment. This adds of a new labour relation. Profit derives the nature of an income relationship from the income relationship allocation from the ‘APG’ agency settings in the employee properties.

If the change takes place during the period, you add a new employee. You report the employee's end of employment and then report the start of employment as a new employee. In this case, the employee gets a second employee code in Profit.

Subsequent payments

If a subsequent payment is for a pensionable employee, then you enter it as a wage entry in the period to which it relates. This creates an RAE entry. In this case, you cannot use a back pay contract.

Example:

An employee gets a salary increase in the previous year with retroactive effect. You correct this salary increase in the periods to which it pertains. With a correction across years, you process and declare these RAE entries. This also applies for employees who are no longer employed.

Or:

An employee gets a salary increase in the current year with retroactive effect. You correct this salary increase in the periods to which it pertains. This also applies for employees who are no longer employed.
