Reject the ‘APG’ pension data delivery

If ‘APG’ gives a ‘Cannot be processed’ kind of alert, you reject the employers in Profit. In this case, ‘APG’ did not process the employer at all and it expects you to correct it and deliver it in the next (regular) pension data delivery.

Example:

You deliver the pension data for multiple employers to ‘APG’. If ‘APG’ only rejects 1 or 2 employers in the delivery, then you can reject these employers. This way, you do not have to regenerate the entire pension data delivery.

To reject employers in a pension data delivery:

1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Pension data deliveries.
2. Select the employer.
3. Click on the action:Reject.
4. Click on: Yes.

   Profit includes the rejected employers in the next delivery.
