Configure prices including VAT

In Profit the default way in which you record sales prices and rates is excluding VAT, however, it is possible to record these prices and rates including VAT.

Note:

If you have the accountancy licence for Hours/Declarations, you cannot use this functionality.

Procedure

• Activate prices including VAT

  If you want to use sales prices and sales rates including VAT, you must first enable the Prices incl. VAT) activation. By default the prices and rates remain exclusive of VAT.

• Set a sales contact for prices including VAT

  You indicate per debtor/sales contact whether or not you want to work with prices including VAT.

• Article prices
• Work types
• Rates
• Cost estimate including VAT

  You can change the cost estimate entry layout and add a number of fields for prices including VAT.
