Set up a cost estimate entry layout including VAT

You can change the cost estimate entry layout and add a number of fields for prices including VAT.

To set up the cost estimate entry layout including VAT:

1. Go to: General / Management / Entry layout.
2. Open the entry layout that you use for cost estimates.
3. Change the entry layout.

   For a detailed description of how to do this please refer to the Change an entry layout section.

4. Go to the tab: Line.

   You can add the following line fields which are related to prices including VAT to the cost estimate entry layout:

   • Sales price incl. VAT (BC)
   • Sales price inclusive of VAT Foreign currency
   • Amount line incl. VAT basic currency
   • Line amount incl. VAT Foreign currency
   • Discount amount incl. VAT Basic currency
   • Discount amount incl. VAT Foreign currency
5. Select the field from the list.
6. Drag the field to the correct position in the box for the line format.
7. Click on: OK.
