Specify progress lines

You can specify the Progress in the cost estimate.

Note:

You must first authorise the action before you can enter any progress lines.

You can use the Copy specification function to copy lines from another project. You can use this to save time, for instance if you often record the same progress lines. Lines of the Registration line type are not copied when you use this action.

To copy a specification:

  1. Go to: Projects / Cost estimate / Cost estimate.
  2. Open the properties of the cost estimate.
  3. Select the entry layout.
  4. Click on the action: Progress.
  5. Click on the action: Copy specification.
  6. Select the project..
  7. If required, enter a value for Work type and/or an Employee.
  8. Select the Copy number of hours check box if you want to copy the hours. You can specify a factor here for decreasing/increasing the number of hours.
  9. Enter a value in Factor if you want to copy the number of hours.
  10. Select the Copy memo check box if you want to use the memo in this quotation as well.
  11. Click on: Finish.
