Enter a sales price based on an hourly wage

If you have configured the Calculate sales price based on hourly wagesfunction, you can use the employee's hourly wage to determine the sales price.

As soon as you enter the actual costing, you see the sales price based on the hourly wage.

Note: 

This function is only available if Profit HR and Profit Projects are part of your licence.

To enter the actual costing using a sales price based on an hourly wage:

  1. Go to Projects / Actual costing / Actual costing per line, for example.
  2. Follow the default procedure for entering the actual costing.
  3. Select the year and the period.
  4. Select the employee.
  5. Click on the action: F5. Select.
  6. Add a line in the usual way, with the project code, work type, etc.

    In the Price per unit field you see the sales price that has been calculated on the basis of the employee's hourly wage.

  7. Click on: Finish
