View a sales contact/debtor

There are different views you can use to view sales contacts. From the properties you can view both master data and outstanding items.

To view a sales contact/debtor:

  1. Go to:
    • Financial / Debtor / Debtor
    • Order Management / Sales / Sales contact
    • CRM /Organisation/person / Sales contact
    • Subscriptions / Subscription / Sales contact
    • Projects / Project / Sales contact
  2. Open the properties of the sales contact.
  3. Go to the tab: Debtor.

Here you see the specific debtor data. In addition to the (unchangeable) Is debtor check box (once a debtor, always a debtor), you see other important fields, such as the debtor's summary account, VAT duty and payment condition.

  4. Go to the tab: General.

Here you see the name, address and communication data. You also see whether the contact is completely blocked or only blocked for delivery.

  5. Go to the tab:Invoicing.
  6. In Invoice to, select a deviating sales contact if you want to invoice a deviating sales contact. This way, for a company with multiple branches, you can send invoices to the head office but deliver the goods to the relevant branch.

If you enter a deviating sales contact in this field, you can also enter a deviating contact person of this sales contact as a deviating contact person for a sales invoice.

  7. Go to the tab:Digital.

Set the supply type for the project invoices if it deviates from the preferred supply type you have set on the General tab.

  8. Go to the tab: Dossier.

Here you see a registration of the contact moments with the sales contact, including invoices, documents and conversation notes an employee has added.

  9. Go to the tab: Serial numbers.

Here you see the serial articles delivered to the sales contact.

  10. Go to the tab:Packing slips.

Here you see the delivered lines. On this tab you can also display the delivered serial numbers and lot numbers by adding the relevant fields to the view.

  11. You can start several actions at the bottom left of the properties window. Using these actions you can immediately open the linked Organisation/person and retrieve or edit the Price/discount. You can also submit a dossier item or set up an appointment for the sales contact.
