Copy a price list (sales)

You can add a price list by copying an existing price list. If required, when copying you can directly enter a percentage to increase/decrease the prices in the new price list compared to the old price list.

To copy a price list:

1. Go to: 
   • Order Management / Sales / Price/Discount / Price list
   • Order Management / Purchase / Price/Discount / Price list.
2. Click on the action: Copy.
3. For Price list from select the price list you want to copy.
4. For Price list to enter the code for the new price list.
5. Change the Description for the new price list.
6. If required, change the Currency.
7. Change the Start date.

   By default you will see the date of the price list to be copied.

8. For Rounding enter whether and how you want to round the prices. If you do not want to round, select 00.
9. For Percentage, enter the percentage by which you want to increase (or decrease) the prices.

   Note: 

   You can enter a positive or negative percentage. The highest percentage is 999.00% and the lowest percentage is -100.00%.

10. Select the Copy promotional prices check box if you also want to copy the promotional prices.
11. Click on: Finish.
