E-mail a quotation

You can e-mail a quotation, with the quotation being saved as a PDF document and sent as an attachment to the the e-mail.

Profit sends the e-mail message to the general contact person, unless a specific contact person has been set for quotations in the properties of the sale contact. You can still deviate from this setting in the header of the quotation. The contact person you use in the quotation then replaces the contact from the sales contact properties.

Note:

Profit sends the e-mail to the Work e-mail address recorded for the contact for the quotation.

If the contact does not have a Work e-mail address or no contact is selected, the Work e-mail address of the organisation/person in question is used. If a Work e-mail address is not present for the organisation/person either, then Profit reports that no valid e-mail address can be found.
