Authorise a menu function

You have to authorise the Packing slip scanner menu item and the various actions for packing slips via the scanner for the users.

To authorise a menu function:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Select the required group or user.
  3. Go to the tab: Menu.
  4. Go to: General / Order Management / Sales process.
  5. Select the Packing slip scanner menu option.
  6. Go to the tab: Authorisation.
  7. Go to: Order Management / Sales process / Packing slip / Actions.
  8. Authorise the following actions:
    • Prepare for scanning (available in the Packing slip view)
    • Undo preparation (available in the Packing slip scanner view)
    • Change picker (available in the Packing slip scanner view)
    • Change priority (available in the Packing slip scanner view)
  9. Close the Authorisation tool. 
  10. Click on: Yes.  This will open the environment again.
