Add an incident (Customer portal)

You can submit your incident in the AFAS Customer Portal:. Alternatively, you can use an incident for a desire (to change or add a feature). Please include 'desire' in the description.

Note:

Our Support Staff can help you much quicker if you report the incident as thoroughly as possible.

  • Describe the steps you completed in Profit before the problem occurred.
  • Describe the steps you performed to find out the cause or to resolve the problem.
  • Paste the text of any messages into the incident.
  • If possible, add screen shots.

Submit an incident:

  1. Click on:Support Center.

  2. Click on: 'Submit incident'.
  3. Select the product you wish to submit an incident about.
  4. Select the Version/Build/Update.
  5. Complete the remaining fields.
  6. Click on: Submit incident.
