Add an incident (Customer portal)
You can submit your incident in the AFAS Customer Portal:. Alternatively, you can use an incident for a desire (to change or add a feature). Please include 'desire' in the description.
Note:
Our Support Staff can help you much quicker if you report the incident as thoroughly as possible.
- Describe the steps you completed in Profit before the problem occurred.
- Describe the steps you performed to find out the cause or to resolve the problem.
- Paste the text of any messages into the incident.
- If possible, add screen shots.
Submit an incident:
- Click on:Support Center.

- Click on: 'Submit incident'.
- Select the product you wish to submit an incident about.
- Select the Version/Build/Update.
- Complete the remaining fields.
- Click on: Submit incident.
