Activate integration between Profit Calendar and Actual Costing

Activate the integration between actual costing and the calendar in the environment settings. When you enable the integration, Profit fills the employees' calendars with the appointments based on actual costing lines that exist from the date of activation. This may take some time.

Activate integration between Profit Calendar and actual costing in Profit Projects:

  1. Go to: General / Environment / Management / Properties.
  2. Go to the tab: Calendar Integration.
  3. Select the appointment type for actual costing in Actual costing appointment type.

    You can maintain a clear overview of the Calendars by using different appointment types with their own colours.

  4. Click on: OK.
