Available dashboards
This page shows an overview of all available dashboards.
You view a dashboard via InSite. The dashboards and underlying pages do not reflect real-time data: the dashboards are refreshed based on scheduled tasks. For HR/Payroll dashboards the Hrm tables to populate Profit BI task has to be performed as well.
Authorisation
The following applies with regard to the authorisation:
- If you are authorised for the InSite page of a dashboard, you can view the dashboard. To most dashboards, filter authorisation does not apply.
- Filter authorisation does apply to some dashboards. They include some financial dashboards (filter authorisation by administration) and HR/Payroll dashboards (filter authorisation by employee).
If filter authorisation applies, it is indicated on the dashboard.
