View depreciations

You can view the change in value of an asset using a report or view.

View the depreciation periods report

The Fiscal depreciation terms (Profit) or Commercial depreciation terms (Profit) report displays a detailed overview of all fiscal and commercial depreciations.

To view a report:

  1. Go to: Financial / Output / Report.
  2. Open the report:
    • Fiscal depreciation terms (Profit)
    • Commercial depreciation terms (Profit)
  3. Set the filter. Use the check boxes to totalise previous years or the current year. By doing so, you usually make the report easier to view.
  4. Click on: Finish.
View
  1. Go to: Financial / Fixed assets / Overview / Fiscal depreciation term.
  2. Select the Totalize current year check box if you want to compress the current year into a single line.
  3. Select the Totalize previous years check box if you want to compress the years prior to the entered year to a single line.
  4. Click on: Finish.
