View the assessment survey model and survey

After generating assessments, you can view the survey model that Profit automatically adds when preparing the assessment survey. You can also view the actual assessment survey you generated.

To view the survey model for an assessment:

  1. Go to: General / Survey / Configuration / Survey model.

Hrm_Evaluatie enquêtemodel en enquête raadplegen (10)

Profit has added the survey model for the assessment automatically when you prepared and released the assessment. If you, for example, released an 'Competence level assessment role' for a specific role for a specific employee, you will see this in the display.

  2. Open the properties of the survey model for the assessment.

Hrm_Evaluatie enquêtemodel en enquête raadplegen (20)

Among other things you see the general data, which surveys have been created and the answers in the properties of the survey model. In this case, we are dealing with an assessment of the Marketing Employee role (supplied roles and competences).

To view a generated survey (including those for assessments):

  1. Go to the tab: Surveys in the properties of the survey model.

    or

Go to: General / Survey / Survey.

Hrm_Evaluatie enquêtemodel en enquête raadplegen (30)

You see the created surveys for the assessments. In this example one survey has been released and one survey still has the design status.

  2. Open the properties of the survey.
  3. Click on the action: Survey example to see what the survey will look like.

You can now see who the respondents are and which questions and answers can be found in the survey. You can also add a selection of respondents.

  4. Go to the tab: Surveyed.
  5. Open the properties of the specific survey that has been prepared for the specific employee surveyed.

If the survey has been completed by the respondent, you can consult the answers here.

  6. Go to the tab: Answers.
