Configure an assessment and competency overview for InSite

Have surveys for assessments completed via InSite. You can also view the competences per employee there. You must configure this first.

Description

You add different menu items in InSite for competence management:

• the survey to be completed for the assessments
• overviews of competences, those for the employee and those for the manager.

You first activate the Competence management type page in Profit. Next, you add the page and overviews, respectively, in InSite.

Procedure

• Activate a page type for Competence management
• Create the Competence management survey page in InSite
• Create competence overviews in InSite
