Digital delivery to '365/ArboNed'

You can enter messages for 'ArboNed' directly on www.arboned.nl/verzuim-melden/ or deliver them digitally using Profit. The digital delivery is described separately.

Note:

You cannot use AFAS Online to create an automatic link with 'ArboNed'. In this case, you make the delivery manually.

Messages to 'ArboNed'

Before creating the digital file for 'ArboNed', please read the below description of the messages that have to be delivered to 'ArboNed' and the way this is done in Profit.

Various types of messages can be delivered digitally to 'ArboNed'.

  • Aanmelding verzuim

    A message is generated automatically when an employee is reported sick.

  • Correctie aanmelding

    A message is generated automatically when you change the sickness entry of an employee. This only happens if the absence message has already been sent to 'ArboNed'. If the absence message has not been sent yet, that message is changed instead.

  • Verwijderen aanmelding

    A message is generated automatically when you delete a sickness entry.

  • Verloop verzuim

    A message is generated automatically when you report the partial or full recovery of an employee. You can enter the partial or full recovery of an employee on the Recovered tab in the properties of the sickness entry.

  • Correctie verloop verzuim

    A message is generated automatically when you change the entry for a partial recovery.

  • Verwijderen verloop verzuim

    A message is generated automatically when you delete a partial recovery entry.

Digital delivery to 'ArboNed'

To be able to automatically deliver messages, you must use the 'ArboNed' web portal. Once you have generated a message file in Profit, you can send it to 'ArboNed' through the web portal. To use the web portal, you must first register with 'ArboNed'.

Digital deliveries to 'ArboNed':

  1. Register sickness and recovery entries

    You process the sickness and recovery entries in Profit from the absence registration. In addition, messages are generated if you have changed or deleted sickness entries and if you have changed or deleted partial recovery entries.

    Note:

    The messages in the digital file should be sent to 'ArboNed' every day before 10:00 AM.

  2. Create a digital file

    Before a digital file is created, you can manually add or delete entries. Next, you can create the digital file. The file of the type 'ADAM’ is created in the location specified for the employer.

  3. Go to: HR / Presence and absence / Arbo digital.
  4. Select an 'Arbo' service line that has the To be sent status.
  5. Click on the action: Create Arbo message.

    Next a window appears.

  6. Enter a file name.
  7. Select the location where the file should be saved.
  8. Save the file.
  9. Click on: Finish

    Note:

    It is not possible to create a new digital file if a file is still present in the location specified for the employer. You first have to send the present file to 'ArboNed' before creating a new file.

  10. Send a digital file

    After the digital file has been created, it must be sent to 'ArboNed'. For this purpose, you use the web portal of 'ArboNed'. Please refer to the instructions you received with this application. You can also request these instructions from the Bedrijfsbureau Beheer team of 'ArboNed' who can be contacted via phone number +31 (0)30 299 63 35 or by sending an e-mail to bedrijfsbureau.beheer@arboned.nl.

    The first time you email the digital file to the bedrijfsbureau.beheer@arboned.nl email address to have the contents checked.
