Start the 'spaarloon' after period 1

Employees can start using the 'spaarloonregeling' at any given moment in the year and pay the full annual amount of 'spaarloon'.

In the Profit CLA and Basic CAO, the following wage component is available for this purpose:

100.003.100 'Spaarloon'

Example:

An employee has been employed since 1 January 2010 but will participate as from 1 March 2010. He wants to pay the full annual ‘Spaarloon' amount. If for this employee the start and end periods are not entered, this employee would never reach the full annual amount. Thus, you enter the following in the 'Beginperiode' and 'Eindperiode' parameters:

  • Start period: enter '01-01-2010' in Start date. Enter '31-12-2010' in End date. Enter '3' in Value. This is period 3 of the year 2010.
  • End period: enter '01-01-2010' in Start date. Enter '31-12-2010' in End date. Enter '12' in Value. This is period 12 of the year 2010.

If the employee is paid monthly, the annual amount of € 613 is automatically distributed over 10 periods. So the monthly amount will be € 61.30.
