View a dossier item and add a response in InSite

You can view a dossier item in InSite and add a response to it if you want to.

When you view a dossier item, you only see the fields that have been completed.

Most dossier items have been recorded for a specific destination, such as an organisation or person, or a derived entity, such as a debtor, employee, employer, etc. In InSite, you first open the destination and then you view the destination's dossier items.

  1.  Go to: InSite.
  2. Open the destination of which you want to view a dossier item. For example, if you want to view a dossier item for a sales invoice, open the debtor in question. If you want to view a dossier item for a project, open the project in question.
  3. Open the dossier item.

    You can immediately add a response that is saved with the dossier item.

  4. Go to the tab: Response.
  5. Enter a response.
  6. Click on: Place a response.

    If this has been configured, you see the image of the responding user next to the response.
