Apply in InSite (Applicant Self Service)

As an employee, you can apply for an internal vacancy via the vacancy in InSite.

Before applying via InSite is possible, Applicant Self Service must have been configured. Applicant Self Service is mainly intended for OutSite. By default, the Application workflow used in OutSite sends a message to portal users and not to employees. For InSite, another customised workflow is generally applicable.

To apply in InSite:

  1. Go to: InSite.
  2. Go to: Vacatures (the overview of the published vacancy documents).

    InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the menu item deviates.

    You now see the outstanding published vacancies.

  3. Open the properties of the vacancy.
  4. Click on the action: Apply.
  5. Select an existing applicant in Existing person selection.

    If you are logged on as the user with all roles, for example because you have configured Applicant Self Service, your data is not entered automatically. In that case, you must make a choice from the employees.

  6. Complete the fields.
  7. Enter the reasons for applying in Motivation.
  8. Add your curriculum vitae in CV.
  9. Click on: Create.

    The contact person will review the application data, for example for completeness.
