Cancel e-mailing permission

If a visitor has indicated that he/she does not want to receive any more e-mails, you can process this in Profit using the Cancel permission action.

To cancel the e-mailing permission:

  1. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Organisation/person.
  2. Open the properties of the person.
  3. Click on: Actions (F8).
  4. Click on: Emailing permission.
  5. Click on the action: Cancel permission.
  6. Click on: Finish.
