'AVR' indicator file

In Profit you can generate the 'AVR' indicator file for the 'Vervangingsfonds'.

Description

The 'AVR' indicator file contains indicators related to absence and substitution for schools in the 'Primair onderwijs' sector. The 'Vervangingsfonds' needs these indicators when defining policies for reducing the absence through illness.

The delivery consists of two types:

• Half school year

  You can generate this delivery if in the preceding school year a premium file and/or declaration file was created for the employer and the salary processing for January has been approved. This to avoid data being sent for incomplete school years.

  This delivery applies to the period from the first timetable day of the school year to 31 January of the following year. The ultimate delivery date is 1 April.

• Entire school year

  You can generate this delivery for an employer once you have generated the delivery with half year figures in Profit.

  This delivery applies to the period from the first timetable day of the school year to the first day of the summer holiday. You generate this file when you have approved the August salary processing. The ultimate delivery date is 1 November.

Leave

In the 'AVR' key indicator file, Profit does not include leave entries for which the total number of leave hours for an employee is 0.00.

Long special leave

For the 'AVR' key indicators, Profit uses the average number of staff members (‘GAP’) to calculate the sickness absence percentage, but employees who are taking long special leave and whose wages are no longer charged to the educational institution or the Ministry of ‘O&W’ are excluded.

For that reason you designate the leave of the employee as long special leave. In the CLA of the 'Primair onderwijs' sector, the articles 8.9, 8.11, 8.12, 8.13 and 8.15 describe what should be considered to be ‘Long special leave’.

Procedure

• Add a delivery

  You add a new education delivery to send the 'AVR' indicator files.

• View a delivery

  In Profit you can view the delivery of the 'AVR' indicator file if errors occurred while generating the files or to check the contents of the digital file. This depends on the status of the education delivery.

• Check a delivery

  Once you have resolved the errors in the education delivery you can check it again.

• Generate the 'AVR' indicator file

  In Profit, you can generate the digital file if the delivery has the Checked, no errors status.
