Add the quarterly and yearly 'DUO' delivery

In Profit, you can add the quarterly and yearly 'DUO' delivery. You add a new education delivery to send the files for the 'DUO'.

While generating the delivery of the premium file, Profit performs a number of checks. If errors have occurred, resolve them. After resolving the errors you can check the delivery again.

When you add the delivery, Profit checks the configuration of the employer and the employee. It depends on this configuration whether the employer and the employees are included in this delivery period.

To generate a delivery:

1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Educational delivery.
2. Click on: New.
3. Select the delivery type for the period.

   You can select a period if the status of the salary processing is Processed provisionally.

4. Click on: Next.

   Profit displays the salary processing for the employers who are included in the delivery.

5. Click on: Finish.
