No addition for the company car

If the employee has a ruling of the tax authority because annually he drives less than 500 private kilometres, or if the employee uses a van strictly for business purposes, you record this as reason for no addition at the employee level. This also applies in the case of a 0% addition. In addition to recording 0% as addition for the employee's car, you also enter a reason why there is no addition.

To record a reason for no addition:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to the tab: Agency.
  4. Open the agency properties of the tax authority.
  5. Open the period line.
  6. Go to the tab: Special situations.
  7. Select the reason in No car addition reason.
  8. Click on: OK.
