View ‘APG’ status and alerts

As feedback, ‘APG’ links the status and alerts back to you digitally. In the process, the status of the delivery is automatically updated in Profit.

The advantage is that you have all the information in Profit and you no longer have to log on periodically to the 'APG’ employer self-service portal.

To view alerts:

  1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Pension data deliveries.

    You see the current status per pension data delivery.

    The pension data delivery can have the following status:

  2. Open the properties of the pension data delivery with the Technically rejected ‘APG’, Cannot be processed 'APG’ or Processed with 'APG’ alerts status.

    You see the alerts per employee and product. You solve the alerts. By doing so, RAE entries are created; as a consequence, a correction to the pension data delivery is created. The corrections are automatically delivered in the next normal period.
