Add integration types for WIP

In the integration type table, you set the journals that are relevant to journalising the various integration types. You select the journals in which the entries are created that result from journalising the work in progress.

To add integration types for WIP:

  1. Go to: General / Configuration / Integration settings / Integration type.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Select a value for Integration type.

    For the integration of the work in progress you can have the entries created in two different journals. You can distinguish between entries that result from the WIP Integration (4) and the Cancel WIP (5). Link a journal of the Variable general journal type (this can be one and the same journal) to both types of entries.

  4. Select a value for Journal.
  5. Select a value for Credit invoices journal.
  6. Click on: Finish.
