Check the authorisation for menu options per user

After recording the authorisation at the menu level, you can check it per user.Profit shows the menu based on all the groups to which the user belongs and the menu options that have been assigned at the user level.

To check the user menu:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Go to the tab:User maintenance.
  3. Select the user.
  4. Go to: Extra / Menu sample (or click on ).

  5. Profit shows a new window with a menu bar containing the available options for the selected user. The menu bar options match the Start menu options.

  6. Click on: Close.
