Actions that can be performed with the connector

Not possible with the connector:

You can only add articles with this UpdateConnector, not other types of items.
You can use the FbComposition UpdateConnector to add assembled items.
You cannot delete an article that has been used in entries, but you can block it.

Points of attention:

When you add a new article, you can also add prices, but you cannot do this with this UpdateConnector when you change an article.
If you want to perform actions with regard to custom configuration, the custom configuration must have been recorded in the Item main table. You can also record a custom configuration for an Article, but these fields cannot be accessed using the UpdateConnector.
This only applies to UpdateConnectors. When importing articles you can, however, complete fields that have been recorded as custom configuration fields at article level instead of item level.
