Delete a campaign

Under certain conditions a campaign can be deleted.

You can only delete a campaign if:

  • The campaign is not present in a dossier item;
  • The campaign is not linked to a financial entry;
  • The campaign is not linked to a fixed journal entry;

To delete a campaign:

  1. Go to:CRM / Campaign management / Campaign.
  2. Select the campaign.
  3. Click on: Delete.
  4. Click on: Yes.
