Add locations

The course location is the place where the course is given. If a course comprises various sessions, a different location can be selected for each session..

To add a course location:

  1. Go to:General / Location / Location.
  2. Click on: New.

    You can also select the Auto numbering check box so that Profit automatically determines the location code.

  3. Enter the description.
  4. If required, enter a value for Organisation and Contact.

    You would do this, for example if you give the course at the location of another organisation.

  5. Enter a value in Maximum number of places.

    This allows you to generate an occupancy overview. If you add a course at this location, Profit suggests this maximum but you can enter a different number for a course.

  6. Click on: Finish.
