Set up an authorisation filter for Invoices in circulation
You set up an authorisation filter for the Invoice to be assessed view. This authorisation filter will ensure that each user can only see the invoices that he or she is allowed to review and approve. These are the invoices for which the user has been set as a reviewer.
Your employees can access the properties of outstanding items using various functions. The explanation below specifically concerns the Financial / Creditor / Invoice to be assessed function. Care should be taken to ensure that the other functions are also correctly authorised. After all, users may also have rights to invoices and outstanding items from other functions and views.
