View the history of generated journal entries

Each fixed journal entry contains information about the fixed journal entries that have already been generated.

To view the history:

  1. Go to:Financial / Enter / Fixed journal entry.

    Profit displays the last generated period for each fixed journal entry. This means that all journal entries up to and including this period have been generated.

  2. Open the properties of the fixed journal entry..

    Profit displays the last generated period and the last generated year. Profit also displays the data related to the addition and the last changes to the fixed journal entry.

  3. Click on: OK.
