Behaviour observations, coaching activities, development tips and course types

Behaviour indicators indicate the required behaviour. It is never the same in real life because you observe actual behaviour. You can link coaching activities to behaviour observations. In addition, you can define development tips and course types. You can make agreements about all these issues during the assessment interview:

  • Coaching activities

Coaching activities are the activities that the manager must perform to guide the employee with regard to a specific aspect of the competence. Profit shows the coaching activities that you determine during the assessment on the agreement form for the manager.

  • Development tips

Development tips show activities the user must perform to improve a certain competence. A development tip can be placed for the employee in his or her agreement interview when making agreements. Profit shows the development tips that you determine during the assessment on the agreements form for the employee.

  • Course types

The course types you make agreements about during the assessment with the employee are also displayed on the agreement form of the employee.

A coaching activity is always related to a behaviour observation. A development tip can be related to a behaviour observation, but can also apply to the entire competence. A course type is not related to a behaviour observation.
