Profit competences and adding your own competences

You can take advantage of the supplied competences. If you have copied the competence sets during theinitialisation the relevant competences will be displayed. You can change them based on the company situation. In addition, you can add Profit competences or your own competences.

To review Profit competences and add your own competences:

  1. Go to: HR / Competence management / Configuration / Competence.
  2. Click on: New
  3. Select whether you want to add a Profit competence or your own competence.
  4. If applicable, select the required Profit competence.
  5. Click on: Next
  6. Enter a code and a name. If you have selected a Profit competence, predefined data will be displayed here, but you can change it.
  7. Select the required type.

    Note: 

    When generating assessments, Profit will only take into account competences of the Behavioral competence or Organisation/Core competence type.

  8. The comments are for External use, as Profit copies them to the assessment forms. If you have copied a Profit competence, you will usually see a detailed explanation. Delete the parts that are not relevant for the organisation.
  9. Click on: Next
  10. Enter the Points for attention (for internal use).
  11. Click on: Finish
