Consult HR management reports and analyses

Profit contains various reports and analyses for viewing management information. These are based on the current information.

Reports

You have the following reports at your disposal:

• Employment type core data (Profit)

  Report that includes the number of full-time, part-time and temporary employees by organisational unit, with their average age, their average number of years of service, the number of FTE and average salary.

• Key data Gender (Profit)

  Report that includes the number of men and women by organisational unit, with their average age, their average number of years of service, the number of FTE and average salary.

• Ken- & stuurgetallen - Flexibiliteit (Profit)

  Report of the ratio of permanent and temporary employees, both full-time and par--time employees, and men and women.

You can view these reports by selecting HR / Output / HRM report.

Analyses

You have the following analyses at your disposal:

• Inflow and outflow of employees (Profit)

  Inflow and outflow of employees per month, start and end position of the total number of employees per month and employee turnover per month.

• Head count, FTE and age current/last year (Profit)

  Head count, FTE and age distribution per month, for the current and previous years.
