Absence dossier

You can maintain a dossier for each case of absence. Documents you have sent from Profit for the case of absence, will be automatically saved to the dossier by Profit. In addition, you can save notes and other documents to the dossier, for example conversation reports or 'Arbo' reports.

Description

Profit registers dossier items per absence entry, but also shows these dossier items on the Dossier tab in the employee's properties. If this is not required, you can use filter authorisation to filter the dossier items of the Absence type from the view.

Profit may open a wizard for submitting dossier item as standard at absence entries, etc. You can find this setting in the properties of the employer/the Preferred value HRM tab.
Here you can select/deselect Generate document with absence entry.
