Add a pro forma employee

Often it is desirable to perform a pro forma calculation on the basis of an existing employee in order to assess the effect of changes.

There are three ways in which the pro forma calculation can be made:

  • On the basis of the employee’s properties or by entering wage entries.

You can make a pro forma calculation with this as per the current date or a selected period.

  • Pro forma employee on the basis of an existing employee.

You can add a pro forma employee based on an existing employee. Profit copies all the required data from the existing employee.

  • Pro forma employee.

Adding a new pro forma employee to a large extent is consistent with reporting the start of employment for a new employee. When you add a pro forma employee, it is necessary for Profit to add a person as well. This is a technical requirement, the person cannot be seen in Profit CRM. You cannot report the start of employment for a pro forma employee.

In adding a pro forma employee on the basis of an existing employee, the following data is copied from an existing employee:

  • General
  • Address/Contact
  • Contract
  • Timetable
  • Salary
  • Job
  • The deduction for the car via the wage component (not the car itself).
  • Bank
  • Agency
  • Wage component
  • Loan

    Note:

You cannot post wage entries for a pro forma employee.
