Description
For the change from payment per hour to a fixed salary, you need to perform the following steps:
- You report the end of the employee's employment as an employee paid per hour
- You report the start of employment of the employee as a fixed salary employee

In the salary calculation, Profit only calculates the last contract line for the employee. The wage declaration is based on the last agency line. As a result, Profit does not calculate the salary over the entire month. You resolve this by calculating the correct amount to which the employee paid per hour is entitled yourself. You enter this as a wage entry on the 100.001.000 'Salaris' wage component. As a consequence, Profit calculates the employee insurance premiums over the amount that the employee is paid as an employee paid per hour. You can also record the employee once again in Profit when recording the new contract.
