Actual costing/hours in InSite

Employees can use InSite to enter their own actual costing (hours). Managers can also use it to correct and approve the hours for their employees.

You can also enter, approve and report ready the actual costing/hours using Profit Windows.

Advantages:

• You have the project employees enter their own actual costing (hours) and declarations.

Note:

In InSite, the name Hours has been selected for the functionality instead of Actual costing.

Procedure

• Enter hours by line in InSite

  You can enter actual costing (hours) using InSite. You do this using the Actual costing per line function.

• Enter hours per week using InSite

  You can also enter the actual costing (hours) per week using InSite. You do this using the Actual costing per week function.

• Enter and change hours for another employee using InSite

  You can enter and change the actual costing (hours) for another employee using InSite.

• Approve hours and report them ready using InSite

  As a manager, you can approve and report ready the hours and declarations for further processing using InSite.
