View responses to documents via a data collection

You can view responses to InSite documents using a separate data collection. You can use this data collection in analyses, reports, alerts and GetConnectors. This allows you to see, for example, whether responses to a document have been submitted, the number of responses and the contents of the responses.

To view responses to documents via a data collection:

  1. Add an alert, report, analysis or GetConnector.
  2. Base it on the Response to document InSite data collection.
