Add maternity leave in InSite
You can add maternity leave in InSite. In Profit Windows, you add maternity leave as an absence entry. You can add this in InSite using a separate action.
Profit automatically selects the 'Vangnet' arrangement check box and you can enter the expected and actual date of birth. Profit supplies default documents for requesting a 'WAZO' benefit:
- [Absence registration dossier] Request WAZO benefit (Profit)
- [Absence registration dossier] Forward documents after request for WAZO benefit (Profit)
You can adjust the documents using the document generator.
To add maternity leave using InSite:
- Go to: InSite.
- Go to: Maternity leave.
InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the action deviates.
- Enter the Start date/time.
- Enter the Expected end date.
- If you do not have a specified timetable, enter the number of hours that you still worked on the first day.
- Complete the remaining fields.
- Click on: Create.
If you want to be able to enter the nursing address in the sickness entry, configure this in the profile for creating the sickness entry. In the Absence course context, give the Record nursing address field preference value 1.
