View completed forms

You can view the completed forms. For this, you must first add a report or analysis.

To view completed forms:

  1. Go to: General / Output / Management / Report.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Select based on a data collection.
  4. Select the Completed forms data collection.
  5. Click on: Next.
  6. If applicable, change the description.
  7. Click on: Next.
  8. Select the data.
  9. Click on: Next.
  10. Click on: Finish.

    You can now view the report by selecting General / Output / Report.
